The process
Transparency and a good process are hugely important in building successful partnerships. Here, I have broken down the design process so you have clarity of what goes on and when it happens.

STRATEGY
COLLABORATION
Human connection drives our strategy. We understand your needs to create authentic bonds and align our concepts. From design to social media branding and personal packaging, we clearly communicate each step. During this phase, we either conduct a detailed questionnaire or and a 1:1 meeting to gather all necessary information. We then create a comprehensive brief that outlines your vision, goals, and expectations.
02
03
Our sessions are structured into distinct sections where we present strategy and design, actively listening to feedback to refine and make necessary adjustments. An agreement outlining all terms, including revision limits and payment schedules, is signed before proceeding.

ONBOARDING
DESIGN
DELIVERY
Once perfected, we deliver the final designs and provide comprehensive off-boarding support, equipping you with all assets and usage guidance. Before the final delivery, the remaining 50% of the payment is due.
DISCOVERY CALL
01
We start with a quick 30-minute call to outline the full scope of the project, including deliverables, timeframes, and budget. This call ensures we are aligned on expectations, and no deposits are required at this stage.
Based on the brief, we gather further information about you and your business, clearly communicating the deliverables, detailed process, and timeline. You have the option to decide whether you'd like this process to be a sprint, which involves a more intense collaboration with regular meetings over the course of a few weeks to achieve a faster turnaround and a shorter timeline. An initial payment of 50% is required upfront to commence work.
We dive into crafting your brand's visual identity, including logos and color schemes, during dedicated branding sessions. We also focus on styling and packaging you as an individual, making you an integral part of the brand. Our process allows for a maximum of two revisions. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.

Brief Analysis & Research
After reviewing your brief and questionnaire responses, I analyze them to identify nine key success metrics. These metrics will help us evaluate our work later. Next, I conduct thorough research to understand your brand’s external challenges, such as industry trends, competitors, and audience demographics.
Concept Refinement
I’ll select 5-10 strong concepts to refine and develop further. These ideas are redrawn and honed to explore better execution methods before transitioning to digital formats. I vectorize the most compelling sketches and develop them with colors, typography, and patterns to identify the standout concept.
Key terms from the brief often stand out, and word mapping helps to expand on these concepts. This involves researching and exploring related visual and conceptual ideas to inspire new directions. By delving into these elements, I build a stronger foundation for developing your brand’s identity.
Visual and Concept Research
Presentation
With the design refined and aligned with your brief, I create industry-specific mockups to showcase how your brand will appear in real-world scenarios. I prepare an in-depth presentation, walking you through each design decision and stage of the process, which we will review together on a video call.
Initial Concepting
With ideas starting to form from the research stage, I move to a rapid ideation phase. This involves sketching a wide range of concepts quickly, focusing on creativity and breadth rather than precision. Once I have a variety of ideas, I review them to identify the most promising directions for further development.
Based on your feedback, I make adjustments or offer an alternative option. Major changes are shown in an updated presentation. Once approved, I finalize additional assets like brand guidelines and packaging. We’ll have follow-up calls to review everything until it's ready for launch.
